Collapses, only 34 % capacity, 20 year life-span, millions of bird kills, where does it end?
I was recently inspired by A Stephen Heins Recommendation that highlighted a new Bloomberg article:

Recently locals in Wisconsin were shook by a wind turbine collapse:
More examples are now appearing in the press worldwide, including Chinese wind turbines in Australia, and very recently the Billion Dollar Wind Turbine Bust: Siemens Gamesa Loses on Wind Power
Many $ Billions $ of our taxpayer dollars and tax credits subsidize wind power which requires:
Vast swaths of land, new infrastructure, but only 34 % uptime or capacity factor, and only about a 20 year lifetime before retirement.
Wind turbines and blades in particular cannot be recycled and end up in landfills.
