Tuco’s Child Preface
"There is no such thing as renewables or sustainable, only increases or decreases in efficiencies. This is due to the Laws of Thermodynamics and Physics”
Angola has evidently had enough of OPEC and just wants to pump and sell as much oil as it can without OPEC restrictions per latest news reports.
Head Honcho Mineral Resources and Petroleum minister Diamantino Azevedo says:
“If we remained in OPEC … Angola would be forced to cut production and this goes against our policy of avoiding decline and respecting contracts,”
Heck, if I was oil rich Angola and wanted prosperity, I would “drill baby drill”and increase production too. They have the 4th largest oil reserves in Africa and want to develop their country (minus what is stolen and looted of course).
Angola is the third-largest economy in the Sub-Saharan Africa and is classified as a low-middle income economy, with a largely impoverished population.
In the meantime, it is old news, but worth a reminder, that the Biden Administration has $$ committed billions $$ of your tax dollars to weaning Angola off oil and building out solar and “renewable energy” projects in Angola
Let them eat ice cream and solar panels

Unfortunately for those poor kids pictured, they will still be standing by the garbage dump, with no future in sight, even if they pump more oil or not. I'm sure the scene is the same in Libya. So giving them billions for solar panels will not help either. The only thing that will help them is education and that won't happen, hard to control an educated population without giving them some freedoms and rights. Maybe this is looking more like our future!
Fantastic post, TC!
